ADHD Basics Newsletter, Issue #019 -- ADHD Diet Therapy Update December 19, 2008 |
I just finished some intense research that will help with ADHD Diet therapy. For a guy with ADHD to read over 400 pages, it was tough. It has taken several months but I am finally complete. Now I am going to implement the recommendations from my research and see what happens. Now, even though I am going to use it for ADHD diet therapy, it can be used for anyone. Those who want to lose weight, lower high cholesterol, heal the bowels (IBS, Crohns disease), high blood pressure, and so on. You name it, this diet helps to restore the body to full health. The news media fear monger people way to much. This causes people to eat unhealthy. That means if you are eating a low fat diet, or a diet low in cholesterol, your eating is ruining your health. Soon I will be finishing my free e-course and will add what I have learned. You will be able to easily eat healthy diets and those that will allow you to help yourself or your loved ones control their symptoms (like I do) of ADHD. I hope you are ready for this. This ADHD diet therapy is going to be life changing. By the way, diet includes everything that has to do with nutrition. Omega 3's, vitamins, minerals, vegetables, fruit, meats, eggs, and all the other foods and non foods. So stay tuned for further updates
Regards, TJ Chambers P.S. If there is any interest, I may do an online webinar course on how to have a healthy diet. It may be every week, or every other week for a certain amount of time. If there isn't any interest, then I will leave it up to you to go through the ecourse when it is complete.
