Below you will find links to an ADHD Video that I have made or that I found to be beneficial. You also can submit one that you have made or found beneficial.
First, you have to upload it to the internet at youtube.com or metacafe.com or a website that will give you an embed code. Then you create a submission below, write a title, paste the embed code, and write a description and any comments you would like to share on the video.
Please keep it to the topic of ADHD. If you don't have any videos, there are plenty on the internet that I know you have watched and learn great things from.
