I am 16 years old, I was diagnosed at the age of 3. My parents did it early because ADHD runs dominately in males in my family. Throughout my life learning wasn't easy I maintain a C+ average in literature classes and history, but math and science has never been a problem i am a junior taking calculus, and physics. Both classes I have A's. What I am the greatest at is "hands on" work things like woodworking and shop class. I have created things from wood a experienced woodworker would have trouble creating. I have built an entire car from scratch, and with it being my first time working on a complete car, in the end i had created a 505 hp 498 ftlb torque GTM racecar. I always have trouble staying focused and have found a way to use all of my energy and get excelent sleep at night. I do this by constantly working out, and working physically. I am 16 years old 208 lb's and can bench press 245 lb's. Only 9.3% of my mass is body fat. It isn't easy and is really misunderstood and i feel more people should be edducated about ADHD and how it affects a person with the disorder.
